At SISTR, we want your shopping experience to be smooth, clear, and worry-free. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process, delivery timelines, and what to expect after placing your order.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States and are preparing to expand to Canada and select international destinations soon.
If your region isn’t supported yet, stay tuned—we’re growing!
Order Processing Times
Like most companies, every order is completed in 2 steps - (Process and Delivery). Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after your order is placed.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info once your order is on its way.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Times
Please note: Our products are often fulfilled by global suppliers, including partners in international regions.

Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, or high demand.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (For Future International Orders)
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country.
These fees are:
- Not included in the product or shipping price
- The responsibility of the customer
- Determined by your local customs office
We are not responsible for customs delays or additional charges upon delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
You can track your package using:
- The link in your shipping confirmation email
- Our Track Your Order page
Missing or Delayed Packages
If your tracking number shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package:
- Check with neighbors or your building’s front desk
- Wait 48 hours (sometimes tracking updates early)
- Contact your local post office or carrier
Still no package? Reach out to us at: admin@sistr.shop and we’ll investigate.
Please report non-delivery within 30 calendar days of your shipping confirmation so we can assist.
Returned to Sender or Incorrect Address
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- We’ll contact you to confirm the address
- You may be responsible for re-shipping fees
Make sure your shipping info is correct before checking out.
Returns & Prepaid Shipping Labels
For approved returns:
- We’ll email you a prepaid return label
- You’ll also receive instructions on how and where to send your return
Returns must be sent using the label we provide—do not return to the original sender address on the package.
