When will my order ship after processing?

 

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.


How long does shipping take?

 

Because we work with global suppliers, delivery may take:

  • U.S. orders: 7–25 business days
  • U.S. Territories: 10–30 business days

How can I track my order?

 

You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. 


Can I return an item?

 

Yes, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused, unworn items with tags attached. Returns must be pre-approved.

Will I get a refund?

 

We issue store credit for most approved returns. Full refunds are only offered for:

  • Items that are damaged or incorrect
  • Items never delivered after 30 calendar days

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

 

Please email us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

 

We’ll resolve it with a replacement, credit, or refund.


What items are non-returnable?

 

We do not accept returns on:

  • Final sale and clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Beauty/personal care items
  • Custom or personalized items

How do I know if the item will fit?

 

At SISTR, we carry pieces from a variety of global suppliers, so sizing may differ from standard U.S. sizing. In some cases, specific measurements or size charts may not be available. If so, we’ll do our best to provide fit notes in the product description (e.g., “runs small” or “relaxed fit”).

 

Because of the variety of fit profiles, styles, and materials used:

  • Items may run smaller or larger than expected
  • Sizing may vary between products
  • Some styles are designed to have a looser or tailored fit by design

What about materials and quality?

 

We carefully select our inventory based on style and value, but because items are sometimes fulfilled by third-party partners, there may be small differences in:

What about hats and accessories?

 

Most accessories are one-size-fits-most, unless specified. Review any measurements provided, and feel free to email us with questions before ordering.
