At SISTR, we want you to feel good in what you wear and confident in how you shop. While we strive to ensure every order arrives exactly as expected, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.
Return Window
You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached and in original packaging
- A valid proof of purchase is required (email receipt or order number)
- Returns must be pre-approved by our support team before shipping
Unapproved returns will not be accepted or processed.
Refund Method
Unless the item is damaged, defective, or not received, refunds are issued as store credit only.
We issue full refunds to the original payment method only when:
- The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The order was never delivered after 30 calendar days, and tracking confirms non-delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please report any damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 5 days of delivery.
Include:
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We’ll review the issue and offer either a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Items That Cannot Be Returned:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Beauty or personal care products
- Customized or personalized items
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to damage, defect, or our error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once approved, we will provide:
- A prepaid return shipping label
- Instructions on how to return the item
Returns must be sent using the label we provide.
Do not send returns to the address printed on the original package.
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order was delivered in the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
